I was born on MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa. My grandfather served in the Air Force until a medical discharge changed everything, but the base was still the backdrop of my childhood. Summers at the pool, feeding stray cats behind the commissary, shopping trips to the BX. Falling asleep to the sound of the Blue Angels practicing before the air shows.

I grew up understanding, even as a kid, what military life actually looks like from the inside. Not the glamorous version. The real one. The sacrifices, the community, the way military families hold everything together under pressure.

That background never left me. I relocated to Nellis AFB in Nevada, PCS'd to Spangdahlem Air Base in Germany where my daughter was born, and eventually did an early release of dependents back to Florida (pregnant with my second child while his father was deployed in Afghanistan).

I know what it means to make enormous life decisions alone, under pressure, from thousands of miles away. I know what it feels like to finally come home and want to put down roots. That experience is why working with veterans and military-connected buyers isn't just a niche for me. It's personal.

Once I settled out of military life, I pursued my childhood dream of becoming a teacher. That chapter shaped how I communicate, how I explain complex things in plain language, and how I show up for people who are trying to figure something out.

Real estate came next. Ten years later it's still where I belong.

Today I'm rooted in Central Florida with my family, serving buyers in Orlando and the surrounding area. I show up for every buyer the way I wish someone had shown up for me during the hardest decisions of my life. Prepared, honest, and genuinely in your corner.

Designated. Certified. Experienced.

The credentials behind the commitment.

BA

Bachelor of Arts in English

Three years teaching high school English shaped how I communicate: clearly, patiently, and in plain language that actually makes sense.

More than a transaction.

What I bring to every customer relationship.

After 10 years in real estate, I've learned that the agents who serve buyers best aren't the loudest ones in the room. They're the ones who listen, prepare, and show up consistently.

I've fought VA appraisal reconsiderations (ROV) twice to get under-value appraisals overturned so my buyers could still purchase the home they wanted. I've also worked a 9-month deal where a zoning issue was discovered mid-contract, and I got my buyers into the home as discounted tenants on the original closing date while the rezoning was resolved, so they were never left without housing. And it's not unusual for me to negotiate seller-paid closing costs for my buyers.

Working with me means having someone available to answer your questions, explain what's happening, and make sure deadlines are actually met, you're never left to make a decision you're unsure about. Behind the scenes, my team keeps every piece of paperwork accurate and in compliance, and I'm paying attention to more than just the transaction, I want to know you're doing okay through it, not just that the contract is.

I also completed my health coaching certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which sounds like an unusual add-on for a Realtor, but it changed how I work with people. Buying a home isn't just a financial decision. It affects your stress, your daily life, your family's wellbeing. I bring a whole-person perspective to every conversation.

Closing day is nervous excitement, all the way through. "I never thought this was possible." "This doesn't seem real." By the final walkthrough, buyers are already picking out paint colors, planning a bathroom update, and the kids are picking out their rooms. At the closing table, every question has already been answered, so it's the fun part: snacks, jokes, signing the stack of paperwork that makes it real, and a whole lot of photos. They walk out with their keys in hand, and you can see it on their face. The pride. The relief. And a future that's finally theirs.

I'm not a high-pressure, close-at-all-costs agent. I'm the person you call when you want to actually understand what you're walking into, and feel good about the decision you made.
